Renovating a home in Dubai is stressful. BLD Market wanted a website that pairs each homeowner with a project manager who keeps the whole build on track.
Solution
A renovation platform built to reassure
We designed and built BLD Market as a custom WordPress theme, dark charcoal with yellow and orange accents. The homepage opens with the worry every homeowner has about getting a renovation wrong, then answers it with four plain promises: one clear contact, better planning upfront, reliable professionals and transparent pricing.
Under the design, the site works hard at capturing leads. Gravity Forms feed straight into the client’s GoHighLevel CRM, tagged by source so every enquiry traces back to where it came from. WhatsApp and OTP verification keep spam out, Google Tag Manager and GA4 track the numbers, and dedicated landing pages back the paid ad campaigns.
The build
Details that set it apart
Built from scratch, easy to grow
A custom ACF Blocks theme with a modular section system, so the client can add pages without coming back to us for every change.
Problem first, not sales first
The homepage leads with the worry every homeowner has about renovating, then answers it with four plain promises. Reassurance, not a pitch.
Forms wired into the CRM
Gravity Forms feed GoHighLevel with per-form source tagging for clean lead attribution, plus WhatsApp and OTP verification to keep spam out.
Landing pages that convert
A dedicated ad-campaign landing page and matching thank-you page, with hero copy we sharpened alongside the client.
A long-term retainer
Beyond the build we run SEO, a monthly blog, analytics, maintenance and design on connected systems like the escrow portal.
A Dubai client, run from West Sussex
We run BLD Market's web presence day to day from West Sussex, working across time zones with a UAE business over email and Teams.

Delivery
A platform that keeps earning its keep
BLD Market began as a full WordPress design and build for a Dubai renovation business and grew into an ongoing partnership across SEO, content, landing pages and lead tracking. Enquiries come in through instant forms that flow straight into the CRM, and organic search has kept climbing since launch, from 20 clicks in a 28 day window in August 2025 to 40 by March 2026.
