  3. Multiple payment options: Make it easy for everyone! Offer a variety of popular payment methods like credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets (e.g., PayPal, Apple Pay) to cater to different preferences.
  4. Transparency is key: Be upfront about all costs, including shipping and taxes, right from the start. Hidden fees are a major turnoff for customers.
  5. Mobile-friendly matters: More and more people shop on their phones. Ensure your checkout experience is optimised for mobile devices with easy navigation and clear buttons.
